Mr. Burow is a technical solutions expert with over 18 years of experience. He began his career in the USAF as an F-15 avionics technician maintaining communications, navigation, and penetration aid systems. He finished his military tour as a Nuclear Forensics specialist in support of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) which included analysis and initial assay of gas samples in a laboratory environment. This education and experience led him to continue his path in technologies. After a couple years as a Lead Technician in the aerospace industry, testing and delivering phased array satellite systems, he went back to provide support for the USAF as a DOD contractor. For 8 years, he served as a Programs Analyst and Data Center Manager for a 24/7/365 systems control work center actively monitoring, remotely maintaining, and ensuring data acquisition from global instrumentation in support of the CTBT. This experience and continued working education built a solid technical foundation in networking, unix, windows, web development, and general IT support. Mr. Burow provided and directed a USAF team in international logistics and maintenance support along with acting as technical advisor to management and other USAF departments within the organization. He developed training materials, published technical documentation, and organized and managed emergency action procedures and other documents in support of the program, still in use today. He was also acting US National Data Center (USNDC) liaison to the international community. In 2007, Mr. Burow started his own small-business in partnership, and began applying these same skills to provide services to small companies, focusing on IT support, web development, business consultation, and web marketing. In early 2010, he moved back into the corporate sector and currently provides remote technical support, and retail development for both in-home and small business customers. This position includes the support of multiple ‘white-label’ contracts including Office Depot, Staples, Norton Live, Sony, AOL, and more. Currently he is part of the start-up service delivery and sales team for Comcast providing the extended Xfinity Signature Support services to customers. He also owns and maintains www.inforats.com; a small web presence devoted to web development and IT support.
