Remote Client: Providing Remote Computer repair starts with establishing a remote connection. Windows offers built in Remote Desktop capabilities. This service is provided inherently with Windows XP Pro, Vista Premium or greater (Ultimate, Business, etc.) and Windows 7. It is also not enabled by default in Vista and 7, so this service will need to be turned-on.
